Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as described in the project agreement
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Project cancellation before any significant work has begun
  • Duplicate payment or billing error

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are typically non-refundable:

  • Custom development work that has already been completed and delivered
  • Services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the project agreement
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, app purchases, etc.)
  • Projects where work has already commenced based on approved requirements

Once development work has started and you have approved the initial designs, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@devdesire.com with your project details
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • The amount of work already completed on your project
  • Non-refundable costs we have incurred on your behalf
  • The specific circumstances of your request

We will provide a detailed breakdown of any partial refund calculation for transparency.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please email your concerns to disputes@devdesire.com with all relevant documentation.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will make every effort to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
